Swimming well means putting all the pieces together so that they synergize. At this clinic we will address the common rhythm issues swimmers have that kill this synergy of motion - breathing late or for too long, a pause of a hand at the front or back of the stroke, a cadence that is too slow or too fast. We will also complete a short set to help you learn to pace yourself better in your workouts and races. All levels of swimmer are welcome (must be able to swim 25y without stopping).
