You should be able to swim 25y without stopping with your face in the water to get the most out of this clinic. Please bring cap, goggles, and swim fins, if possible, and a teachable spirit! Limited numbers of fins will be available to borrow at the clinic, so please purchase your own in advance if possible. Snake and Pig air-cushion goggles will also be available to demo.
