If you are interested in checking out this clinic and want to do the pool portion and not just the classroom/Vasa Ergometer portion, here is your checklist of things to bring:
***A recent 1500m swim time or your "critical swim speed" (CSS) as determined by completing 400y and 200y time trials and using this website to calculate - http://www.swimsmooth.com/css-calculator.html
***A pair of goggles
***A pair of fins
***A watch that will capture splits so you can see how you are pacing yourself. 
The pool workout will include a few drills and a main set that will test your ability to pace yourself. Total distance swum will be 2000-3000y depending on your speed.
If you don't already have fins, here are two types I recommend:
For watches, if you have a Garmin or other multi-sport watch, that's great. If not, you can pick up a Timex Ironman watch at Target for about $40 that will do the trick. Here is an example:
Just make sure that the one you pick will recall at least 30 laps.
